Dylan was a restaurant manager as well as a talented and innovative chef. He had a profound appreciation of beauty and nature, creating beautiful surroundings and avidly cultivating bonsai trees for many years. Dylan’s bubbly and charming personality, his magnificent smile and infectious laughter lit up the lives of those around him.
